Fully torn ACLs can heal naturally. Keeping the knee joint open with tibia constantly ‘suspended’ by the body itself creates optimal environment for healing. By retraining the body to apply anchor points and movement biomechanics, we can sufficiently stabilise injured knee without bracing or surgery.
Our targeted rehabilitation method offers highly predictable and successful outcomes and serves as an alternative pathway to commonly prescribed surgical procedures or immobilising the joint with bracing protocol.
The rehab process is less invasive, quicker and in case of reoccurrence, allows the body to heal again.

Full Return To Sport in 6 To 12 Months

Depending on the severity of the injury, you may expect full return to sport between 6 to 12 months. As there is no graft that needs to be strengthened or time of inactivity with muscle atrophy with bracing protocol, the strengthening of the supporting muscles can start from week one. Fast progress and noticeable improvements week by week build client’s confidence, improve patient experience and strengthen the commitment to accelerate recovery process.

Program Principles

The #1 is to Keep the Knee Bent (DO NOT Fully Extend the knee)

There is no need to keep the knee bent at 90 degrees in the initial stages of rehab, however the knee needs to stay slightly bent to keep the joint open. This can be achieved by walking on the ball of the foot with the heel lifted.

#2 – Start the Program ASAP (max within 8 weeks from the injury)….

Program Application

The program can be applied following any knee related injury or as a post-surgery protocol in those cases where surgery cannot be avoided. It significantly accelerates rehabilitation process, prevents commonly occurring complications, helps to maintain the ongoing health at the knee joint and prevents age related ‘wear and tear’.
In addition, the program provides education, empowerment and accountability to take action.
